Enterprise Channel Sales Manager, Healthcare

Who are we looking for?
The mission of the Enterprise Channel Sales Manager is to support the enterprise objectives of the company by developing and managing a multi-channel network of Business Partners and resellers in a specific territory or within a dedicated list of Business Partners, with an emphasis on expanding Sycurio’s presence in the healthcare vertical. The role is responsible for driving and supporting sales through the business partners’ Sales teams, supporting the partner on strategic sales opportunities and acting as the primary interface into Sycurio’s other sales support resources including Product Management, Marketing and Presales.
The Enterprise Channel Sales Manager will manage all business development aspects of Sycurio’s partnerships, with a primary focus on sales revenue and lead generation. The role will balance sales support, partner management, and sales training with the focus on growing the sales funnel.
Responsibilities
- Meeting and exceeding set revenue and margin targets.
- Building and maintaining a constant/future revenue pipeline.
- Managing enterprise relationships with existing alliance partners.
- Aggressively driving partners to maximize sales and develop partnership potential through sales best practices, promotions, training, and support.
- Managing sales orders and providing status updates to partners.
- Communicating with partners on new products and service offerings.
- Working with Sycurio’s Marketing team to drive programs and events that extend the partnership relationships to new prospects.
- Supporting Sycurio’s Sales function in expanding into the healthcare market.
The Enterprise Channel Sales Manager will be expected to:
- Demonstrate industry knowledge.
- Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast using the automation tool provided by the company.
- Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, and products, particularly within the healthcare space.
- Attend and participate in sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows.
- Prepare written presentations, reports, and price quotations in support of Channel Partners.
- Conduct contract negotiations.
- Define and execute Partner annual sales plans to a target set at the start of each financial year.
- Drive the legal process to reach contract signatures with the support of legal professionals.
Skills and Knowledge
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work collaboratively, in a team environment.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Good in persuasion as well as maintaining good relationships with partner channels.
- Good at building rapport and developing/maintaining relationships.
- Ability to manage a pipeline with multiple accounts and partners.
- Ability to craft a solution with appropriate products and services that meets business goals based on client discussions.
- Ability to develop a compelling business case around sound business strategy.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree level education or relevant industry experience.
- 5+ years sales experience in solution software sales industries.
- Successful achievement of $1M+ targets, consultative enterprise/solution, or technical sales.
- Successful track record of partner development and sales growth through business development activities.
- Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle; proposing, presenting and discussing solutions with key decision makers.
- Experience selling into the US Call Center Market, Healthcare industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of the Payments industry and the PCI DSS is a plus.
